The Briggsmore Method

Find out what you
actually have.

Ten years of rescues distilled into one repeatable process. It starts with a paid audit, because nobody can tell you what a rebuild costs before they have read the code.

Got it. We will get in touch shortly.

01

Technical Audit

A deep review of your codebase, architecture, and infrastructure. We find where the system breaks when real users arrive. You get a written report: what is broken, what is salvageable, and what it will take to get your product where you want it to go.

$2,500
Fixed price  ·  Delivered in 5 business days  ·  No commitment beyond it

Commercial readiness verdict

A direct yes or no on whether the architecture can carry real customers, with the specific reasons behind the call.

Prioritized risk register

Every material risk we find, ranked by one question: what makes a customer unhappy first. What loses the customers you have, and what stops you from winning the ones you want.

Required work to launch

The exact refactoring and security measures needed before you put the product in front of paying users, in the order they should happen.

Cost and timeline

A quote and schedule to complete the work, built around your date. If your deadline is reachable, we show you how. If it is not, you find out now instead of the week before launch.

You own the report. No obligation to buy anything else, and no obligation to work with us. Use it with your team, or with whoever you hire next.
02

Recovery Roadmap

Based on the audit, we build a prioritized plan. You know what needs to happen, in what order, and what each phase costs before committing to anything further. Most founders get a rebuild quote before anyone has read their code. This is the opposite of that.

Phased scope

The work broken into phases that each end in something shippable, so you are never paying toward a distant finish line.

Fixed cost per phase

Each phase is priced before it starts. You approve them one at a time and stop whenever you want.

No surprises. No scope creep.
03

Execution

We take over the codebase and ship. Whether that means targeted stabilization, a phased rebuild, or getting a broken AI pipeline to production-grade, we move fast and report progress at every step.

We own the releases

Every deployment runs through us, with QA sign-off as the single source of truth before anything is called done.

You stay in the loop

Progress reported at every step, in language that does not require you to be an engineer. We handle the technical decisions.

Reasonable questions

Why is the audit paid?

Because a free assessment is a sales call, and you can tell the difference. Paid means we read the code properly and tell you what we actually found, including the parts that are not in our commercial interest.

What if the audit says my code is fine?

Then you have an independent expert opinion you can show an investor, a board, or a future hire, and you have saved yourself a rebuild you did not need. That is a good outcome for $2,500.

Do I have to hire you for the rest?

No. The audit stands alone. Most clients continue, but the report is written to be actionable by anyone.

What do you need from me to start?

Read access to the repository, a short call to understand what the product is meant to do, and whoever knows the history available for questions. That is it.

Is $2,500 always the price?

It covers a single product with a normal codebase, which is most of them. Multi-repo platforms or unusually large systems are quoted before we start, never after.

Start with the audit.
